I lost 3 years worth of training due to one year of being lazy. I regained all my strength and size plus much more power within 2 years. I am 5’8″ 182 lbs. Bench 225 x 17 reps Squat 315 x 7 reps Deadlift 315 x 7 reps Barbell shoulder press 185 x 4 reps Lower body needs a lot of work as well as my core. Thanks for watching!
